After over a year of rigorous field testing, artificial lift firm JJ Tech announces that the Wanner Hydra-Cell T80100 diaphragm pump is now in production and available. JJ Tech is a US based, world-wide supplier of cutting edge artificial lift systems to the oil and gas industry.
The T80100 is rated @ 3,200 bpd. and 1,500 psi. It is the latest in the revolutionary T80 series of artificial lift diaphragm pumps that began in 2007 with the development of the T8045 (3,000psi.), and was followed by the T8030 (5,000psi.) in 2012.
The award winning T80 series’ seal-less, diaphragm pumps are designed to replace packed triplex plunger pumps and their associated problems. The T80 series pumps provide zero leakage, can run dry without damage, will operate with a closed or blocked suction line, and can effectively pump abrasive fluids. Operators are discovering that the durable design of the pumps offers lower costs of ownership and maintenance, and longer life than their packed triplex counterparts.
Chris Lamberth, JJ Tech Operations Manager, stated that the artificial lift company is aggressively placing these T80100 systems in the service through either direct purchase or a lease purchase agreement.
The exterior appearance of the T80 series pumps are identical. The components are the same in all T80 series pumps, but, the sizes of the plungers and diaphragms are larger in the T80100 in order to maintain the high fluid volume.
Due to this high fluid volume capacity, the best intended use of the T80100 is for saltwater disposal.
